As a consumer myself, I understand that value is as important as quality to today’s savvy shopper.  Whether it is TV, Internet, or cellular, everyone wants the most from their plans.  My goal is to deliver quality and value to everyone who contacts me here at Signal Connect.

I am all about helping people get the services THEY need, not what I want to sell them.  My first priority is to make sure my customers get something reliable.  That is easy with Signal Connect because we provide AT&T, DIRECTV, and DISH services.  Then, I do everything I can to find various promotions to increase value for our clients.  That’s what I would want if I were in their shoes.

My 10+ year work experience includes sales, customer service, and human resources for a variety of companies.  This has taught me a lot about putting the customer first, which is an important trait I brought with me to Signal Connect.  Good customer service means doing something to help impact the world in positive way.  That kind of positivity breeds more positivity.

When I am off the clock, sports is the name of my game.  I enjoy watching the Detroit Lions, Detroit Pistons, and Michigan State Spartans play.  Although I am a die hard fan of Michigan-based teams, I also follow the University of Oregon football team.  Go Ducks!  I really admire their brilliant offensive scheme.  Additionally, one of my greatest joys is spending time with my girlfriend.
