I specialize in nearly everything that Signal Connect has to offer. That includes satellite TV, cell phone boosters, internet, and mobile and landline phones. I work with residential and commercial clientele on installation, activation, and set-up.

A salesperson is so much more than someone who says, “Buy this.” A good salesperson is someone who specializes in problem-solving. They get their client exactly what the client needs, not what the salesperson wants to sell them. I am here to help all my clients get exactly what they need, and I will find out what that is by listening to them. That is the most important part of being a good conversationalist.

I honed my sales and conversational skills in a few positions and companies over the years. I have done everything from door-to-door sales to insurance and even retail sales. Those experiences added to my personal growth and professional development. I am a better person for it.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, cooking, camping, and playing video games. I also enjoy spending time with my two dogs and two cats. They are my life!

WAY above and beyond

Robert is hands down the nicest most knowledgeable and with ya till the end customer service rep I have EVER dealt with! I was in customer service for 20 years and every company needs to be able to clone Rob!

Should be running the company

I am a high school principal of a very large high school in GA. I would love to have Robert teacher a class on customer service to my students. This guy is the real deal and if I owned the company, I would promote him to president of operations. Best service I've ever had! YOU ROCK ROBERT!

Fast, Efficient, Professional

I have posted a review two or three times in the past 20 years or so but I was so impressed with his knowledge and his ability to recognize what a novice was trying to express in non technical terms and translate that to a working model that he could then address and come up a workable solution. Not a easy task in a quick five minute phone call. Very well done Rob, I need more Rob's on my staff.

GotW3 Support

Months ago I reached out to Rob for support with my GotW3 account. My account is NOT with Signal Connect but directly through GotW3. At the time I was very frustrated and looking for mobile WiFi alternatives. Even though I was not his customer he answered all my questions and offered potential solutions to my problem. But that's not the best part - he recently reached out to me and asked if my problems had been resolved and offered his continued support! Now that is customer service! I will definitely reach out to him for my future needs and recommend him to my colleagues for their mobile WiFi needs as well.

Great customer service with follow up!

Rob was an essential tool to getting the DIRECTV connected to my own account in a RV we recently purchased where the equipment was custom installed. No one at DIRECTV customer service number was able to help other than this guy. We highly recommend Rob to get your system up and running!

Help from Rob on direct tv problem

I recently had Rob help me with a DirecTV problem that they couldn't figure out in 5 weeks ,no exaggeration. Rob figured out the problem in 5 minutes . Anybody employing this guy is lucky to have him as an employee. I was in the Marine Corps and I don't give compliments lightly, you don't get rewards for doing your job you do get rewards for going above and beyond what is expected in your job performance and Rob did just that .
