CUSTOMER SERVICE / TECH SUPPORT
I believe in the importance of customer service and I’m proud to have experience in that. I used to work in a bank’s mortgage servicing department. Before that, I did tech support on credit card terminals with a payment technology company. All that helps me here.
I’m fortunate to be able to do a lot of things here at Signal Connect. My duties include handling commercial DIRECTV accounts and receiver activations. I also work with the national accounts team to assign techs to complete installations. I’ve also handled address changes and other customer service concerns. I’m excited because my role is growing with the company.
In my spare time, I read a lot and occasionally play board games. I also like to spend time with my dog. During hockey season, I live in a house divided between the Detroit Red Wings and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
