As Inside Sales manager, I maintain Signal Connect’s position as the leader of the North American commercial satellite TV market. This is accomplished by developing our primary and secondary vertical markets through brand building, key client acquisitions, and ultra-high quality customer service and account management. I also guide our sales team with a leadership style that’s educational, team-driven, and accountable for meeting goals. My motto is, “If you can think it, you can do it.” Big thinking and the right execution produce big results.
I care about people. Whether it’s coworkers or customers, I care about what they want to accomplish and how I can help make that happen. Once I understand their objectives, I help build a plan and then I make that plan happen. Being able to do this has helped me recruit and retain great talent, as well as land record-setting deals for the company.
Away from work, I am married to my wife, Kellie, and we have a dog named Bailey who feels like my kid, but we don’t have any two-legged kids yet. I like the outdoors, namely fishing and camping. I also enjoy technology and learning new things, and I play the guitar. Recently I took up golf. I probably drive my father-in-law crazy with how bad I am at it, but I love it! I also enjoy the Detroit Pistons.
