As an in-house wireless expert, I specialize in troubleshooting our customers’ devices and walking them through the fix. I’m a big believer in providing the best customer service, so I’ll go out of my way to make sure you get everything you need!
My previous job helped prepare me for Signal Connect. I worked in the wireless industry as a store manager and sales rep. I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring reps, as well as training them. I also handled the needs of clients across the country.
In my personal time, I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my son, Benjamin. From playing video games and watching movies to just goofing around, we always have fun together. I also like getting tattoos and watching movies. I also have two dogs: a yellow Lab and a Yorkie mix.
