My colleagues call me the “wireless expert.” They say this because I have 10 years’ experience in wireless sales and customer support. While I appreciate that, I see myself as someone who enjoys helping our customers. I do this by being as friendly as I am knowledgeable.
Almost every day, someone needs help with their wireless plan. It could be that they need a change made to their account. Others might want a new cell phone and to have it delivered. My experience helps me make that happen quickly. I know that nobody wants to wait around all day to use their wireless device!
I love being outdoors and spending time on the water. I live on a lake, after all!
