Are you interested in satellite TV but don’t know where to start? I’m the one you can talk to. I specialize in providing DIRECTV and DISH accounts. I’ll help you get satellite TV nearly anywhere, including RVs, boats, and businesses.

I’m proud to have worked my way up in this company. I started in customer service/order processing, but I kept learning more. This opened up the opportunity for my current position here. It lets me bring satellite TV to the people who want it. That’s what I love most about my job.

So, if you want a new DIRECTV or DISH account, give me a call! It’s the same if you need an AT&T wireless plan and new cell phone. You should also get hold of me if you’re having problems with your existing satellite account. I’ll walk you through the fix over the phone and I do everything I can to help get your system up and running.

My life outside of work? Yes, I have one and I enjoy it. I’m close to my dad, and I like spending time with my girlfriend. Being a satellite guy, I also watch a lot of TV. Every now and again, I surprise people when I play some music on the guitar or piano.

Satellite Connection

I Could have save myself hours trying to figure how to connect my Winegard Road Trip Mission satellite dish if I contacted Jason first. Trying to contact Direct TV and Winegard with no immediate response, Jason was able to guide me through the setup within minute with 100% success now my family can enjoy our relaxing travels with our Direct Tv system.

Where do i begin, you have a cust serv rep..Jason...that i hold in high regard. He's blessed with patience, will stand by during a complex situation, to the end. He knows his job ..well. He's an asset to your Company and i hope he's getting paid well !! 5 stars is not enough. You could tell from the sound of his voice that I could setup the satellite. On the first try we went through the setup and behold it happened. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Service!!

I wish there were more stars. 5 isn't enough. In this day and age of online "tech support" and "customer service" far too often I get someone that knows less about the product than I do. And that is very frustrating. Having been a Directv customer for years I wanted to set up another account at my second home. I had dealt with Solid Signal/Signal Connect and found them to be much easier to deal with than with Directv. And this time was no exception. Jason understood my needs, got the right equipment sent out fast, and walked my through the activation process very efficiently. This guy knows his stuff and was great to deal with!!! Well done sir, well done.

Wow, what a project! Dealing with old technology and uncompatable parts, jason never got impatient! When he didnt answer his phone, he was quick to get back to me. Literally spent hours on the phone with him over a 2 week span with minimal purchases from his company. Was never put on hold, never spoke to a computer, located in the u.s., and spoke on my level (in clear english); what a concept! Cant thank you enough jason, will never call anyone else for my electronic needs.
