I found Jason online when trying to use my new Dish for our RV. He found an installer in my area to help me and followed up afterward. Jason impressed me with his patience with my situation. Not everyone is savvy with this equipment. Couldn’t ask for more!!
Jason, Thanks for all your expert help getting my RV prepared for communication by email, text, cell voice , and streaming . The purchase went smooth and the equipment pick up while on the road from FL to CO worked out great. set up was easy and within 40 min or starting the install of the directional antenna we were communication from a remote national forest location up at elevation 9500 feet. We picked a location for the antenna based on being able to have direct line of sight to the tower gotspot found. this meant being in high ground and not in an area which was low and had tree obstructions. This was the alternative we chose and I would recommend this to anyone going to a remote area where there is no communication network available within normal reach. Signal Connect gave me great straight forward advise which I appreciate.
