SIGNAL CONNECT SUPPORT
Signal Connect is all about helping its clients. For example, we offer free tech support and account management. We also answer a lot of calls from folks who need help with a variety of connection issues. That’s where I come in. I help with DIRECTV technical support, technical sourcing, and cell phone signal booster help.
“I’m proud of my ability to adapt strategies to various situations and get answers for our customers. I have the U.S. Navy to thank for these skills. During my six years of service, I gained experience in external communications. This comes in handy here at Signal Connect.
“Outside of the office, I’m a happy family man. My wife, Heather, and I have two boys: Tyler (13) and Sebastian (4). We’re excited to welcome the addition of our third child who’s due at the end of 2021.
“In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking and writing. I’m also a voice actor, and I have a lot of fun working on these types of projects.”
