Every organization needs someone to sweat the details, and that’s where I come in. I take care of the bookkeeping and office support for our account managers and other professionals. I put together the reports that help them know where they’re going, and I make sure the financials look good so they know where they’ve been. While I do not directly work with customers for help with their existing or new satellite TV accounts, customers come to me for help in resolving issues that their account managers are not able to help with. I specialize in working the system to make sure every customer ends up being happy.

I hear a lot of people who say they are “working for the weekend,” or they “can’t wait until it’s time to clock out.” That’s not me at all!  I love what I do and I love the people I work with. Signal Connect is my home because of the people here, who are more like my brothers and sisters than my coworkers.  I come into work with a smile on my face and I can’t wait to start the day. When I’m not working, I spend time with my daughters. I love swimming, dancing, and bowling, and I really enjoy helping my kids out with their dance routines. On an average weekend, I might be sewing, cooking, drawing, traveling, or having a game night with friends.
