It was a joy to work with Josh! He spent an hour on the phone walking me through the process of setting up my satellite receiver on my yacht. He could’ve gotten off the phone at that point; but instead, he had me check to see if the guide was working. Since it wasn’t, Josh walked me through the process of reprogramming that, as well. I’m incredibly impressed and satisfied with his service.
I needed satellite TV service in my RV and I must’ve spent over seven hours on the phone with other companies. When I got ahold of Josh Weiss from Signal Connect, he immediately picked up on the fact that I was frustrated. The next thing he said was, ‘I’m going to get you hooked up.’ And that’s exactly what he did. After we got our receiver, Josh had us connected to DIRECTV in less than a half an hour. He even called me back twice to check on me, and gave me his personal cell phone number. All in all, it was a beautiful experience!
Josh is the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with for DIRECTV. He got me the right remote controls and everything else I needed, then he took the time to walk me through the installation process. He was so patient, courteous, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
